About us
Consultants who built it themselves first.
Semitora — from the Latin semita, “path”. We guide companies from point A to a working AI system. Methodically, step by step.
A practitioner's story
Product first. Consulting second.
Semitora didn't start with slides. It started with a product: the founder built a complete Generative AI-based digital product from scratch — mojApteczka — with a cloud backend, data pipelines, RAG knowledge bases, AI support and mobile apps.
Before Semitora took its name, the same practitioner had implemented AI across 15 projects in different sectors — from education and media, through multimedia and mobile ecosystems, to data processing, search and support automation. Some were complete implementations delivered under NDA, so we do not name the clients. That breadth is where our confidence comes from: AI can be deployed wherever it genuinely solves a problem.
Along the way we solved the same problems IT departments and boards face today: model hallucinations, inference costs, data quality, security, regulatory compliance. Not from a textbook — on our own budget and our own risk.
That's why our promise is simple: we deploy for clients what we have built and operate ourselves. If we haven't done something in practice — we say so plainly.
Semita means “path”. We don't sell the map — we walk it with the client, from A to the goal.
Values
Three principles we work by.
I.
Working systems
The measure of a project is a system in production that people actually use. A presentation is a by-product, not a result.
II.
Deep domain knowledge
AI without understanding the business process is a gadget. We go deep enough into the client's domain for the system to solve the right problem.
III.
Verticalisation
Instead of “AI for everyone” — repeatable solutions for finance, manufacturing, healthcare and hospitality, delivered faster and cheaper.
Quality & technology
Standards you can rely on.
ISO 9001 / SUS 2.0
Certification of the training-services quality management system — in preparation.
AWS
We build production architectures on AWS cloud.
